Speak is a recruiter-facing dashboard designed to centralize and streamline the hiring process. It provides a clear view of candidate profiles, application statuses, and key performance metrics to help recruiters make informed hiring decisions more efficiently.
Problem
Recruiters often juggle multiple platforms to manage applicants, track progress, and communicate with candidates. This leads to inefficiencies, poor visibility, and decision fatigue.
The goal was to design a single interface where recruiters could easily access candidate information, compare profiles, and gain insights—all in one place.

My Role
As the sole Visual Designer and UX Designer on the project, I was responsible for:
Designing the overall look and feel of the platform
Creating user flows and wireframes
Building high-fidelity UI mockups
Conducting user testing and iterating based on feedback
Collaborating with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
